Yes, you can do MBA provided the university you pursued B.Com from is accredited by UGC and you have 50% score.

Yes, you can do MBA after B.Com in distance education, if you wants to do MBA then you have to give entrance exam but if you wants to do MBA from distance mode, then there is no need to give entrance.
