I have done B.Com (Prog.) and want to do MCA from any Indian university. Should I go for AICTE or UGC affiliated universities?

I know that it is pretty late to take admission in any university but still if it is possible, kindly suggest some good universities where I can get admission. Is it important for any university to have both the affiliations?
