MBA in Finance must be your option, as you are a B.Com graduate. You can also change your field according to your new interests.

After B.Com if you are looking for MBA, finance is a better choice. As your current profile looks more related to human resource management so HR may be a better option. MBA finance will get you job profiles like Risk Analyst, Credit Analyst, Research Analyst, and similar profiles.

There are many streams from which you can do MBA. No one can tell you from which you can do MBA , it's you who should decide the stream, where you are more interested towards. Choose the one you think you can excel. Like if you are more into manipulating people than you can opt marketing, if you think you want a easy desk job then you can opt for HR, etc.
