I have done B.E(ECE)2013 60%.Now i wants to do some training course vlsi or embedded system or ccna.which will be better and from where

I have completed my B.E(ECE) with 60%. now i am confused about the training courses VLSI OR EMBEDDED SYSTEM OR CCNA.which course will be better for the ece student in future and from where banglore/chennai or delhi.some one told me that CCNA will be better for m.i am thinking to do M.TECH next year.
