I have done B.E(ECE) with 61%.which course will be better Mainframe or hardware and networking according to current and future aspects?

I have done B.E(ECE). i wants to do some training.but dont know which course will be better for me Mainframe or hardware and networking? according to the current and future aspects of the markets, current availability of jobs, higher promotions, all things.
