Hii My name is Garima.I have done 1oth from M.P. Board with 83%.12th (PCM) C.B.S.E. 74% and
B.E. with 75% in 2012 and MBA in finance from ITM Navi Mumbai with 70% in June 2014 and presently working since last 8 months with HDFC bank as credit manager but want to change career to HR pls guide.

Moving from Finance to HR will cost you the salary compromise. You will be treated fresher in HR if you move now in HR. I can suggest below options to you.

3 years of work & study is not sufficient for getting proper expertise. Remain with assignments in hand & then think of such shifts. This may be self harming. Gain expertise with sufficiently devoted time on actual professional work.
