Hi Preeti yes you can pursue both the courses but one at a time. If you have had substantial IT subjects in your degree course then you can go for a full fledged IT course else you can go for some conversion courses that are meant for students with little or no knowledge of IT.

Doing Masters in Electronic and Communications is more advantageous for you rather than M.S(IT). You have career scope for the same in the world.
