I have done B.E in Electronics and Instrumentation with 62% marks.I want to persue MS in Computer Science from Canada.Am i eligible?

Yes it is possible. There are masters for computer science students which all are more of specialised courses . Apart from that for non computer back round students you have conversion programs for which you are eligible.
