I have done B.E. IT I am more interested in event mgt and i have done this in college where i handled whole event. what should i do?

I want to know which college course or degree or diploma will give me more benefit and a career pls help me i am more of a person interested in management, organizing, analyzing and problem solving and interactive enviornment. if u have any other fields that can interest me. pls gv me advice. Thanks
