I have done B.Pharma course and currently I am in 2nd year of M.Pharma. Can I open a pharmacy shop?

Yes, you can if you are a registered pharmacist and you have a licence then you are able to open a pharmacy or if you don't have a licence then apply for the licence and then open pharmacy.
