I have done b.s.c in biotechnology and m.s.c in biochemistry and molecular biology i want to know pg diplomas available in canada for me ?

B.s.c biotechnology with 62% m.s.c biochemistry and molecular biology with 55% is there any problem in getting visa as i hav alredy done masters and mostly pg diploma are taken by graduate.and can you plz suggest some coleges if any pg diploma avlable for me in surrey,vancouver bc and nearby
