I have done B.Sc in 1 year from periyar university which is UGC recognized . Am I eligible for MPCS examination?
I am worried because I have complited my graduation in 1 year . Before this I was i Mumbai university but I failed twice... So to fill up my education gap I took admission in this university.

If you are asking of maharashtra public service commission (MPSC)
Then Graduation from any university is enough,
Following are the baisc eligibility criteria,
Eligibility for Maharashtra civil services exam
* Aandidates are required to a degree in science or Engineering branch.

The eligibility for MPCS examination is Graduation. And a graduation degree is usually a 3 years degree from a recognized University. But as you have mentioned that you have done it in 1 year from periyar university, I would request you to speak to the university as well as MPCS officials to kn
