I have done B.Sc. In Nautical Science where I had mathematics as a subject for four semester of 6. Can I do M.Sc. In Mathematics.

The minimum passing marks was 50%. .

    Most of the colleges require B.Sc. With mathematics or graduation in relevant field like B.A. Maths. I suggest you to explore on MBA in logistics, MBA ( port and shipping). MBA in logistics from top b school would be more lucrative option and sustainable career. You can also opt for short term job oriented courses demanded in shipping industry. Best wishes.
