I have done B.Sc-IT and also have two years experience in MERN stack development. Can I apply for Canada study base or PR?

Since you have two years gap from the study, so you need to consult a good visa consultancy, so that your visa get approved as Canada colleges least consider students having a gap of 1 years.

I did not spend two years It will be experienced not a gap,. .
