You are completely changing your career path, which will need lot of convincing, when you start going for interviews. From being a Science graduate with specialization in Maths, you have done your post graduate diploma in accountancy and now looking at pursuing your M.Com. I would like to know as to what are you aiming at, before I give my views on the same -

It depends from which university you want to do it
Mumbai University does not allow it as they need only B.com for an M.Com degree
You may do it from IGNOU as eligibility is Graduates in any discipline or equivalence from a recognised university (Except universities violating territorial jurisdiction) -
