I have done B.Sc Maths and M.Sc IT. Now I would like to do M.Phil in Mathematics. Is it possible? If so, can you please suggest me few universities.

You will require MSc Maths for MPhil in Maths. (Be careful, there may be study centres which may say that MPhil Maths is possible, but it is not true and it will not help you in teaching jobs)
