I have done B.Sc with 65% marks. Will B.Ed course be valuable in 2025? Will I be able to get a job in teaching field after it?

Yes B.Ed course will be definitely valid . By completing B Ed, you'll be able to qualify for teaching professions . You can also complete CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test ) to get government teaching jobs . Teaching is considered as one of the stable jobs . So you can expect job opportunities
