I have done B.Sc with chemistry and zoology (3-years degree) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia University, Faizabad. Can I open a medical store?

Permit is given only to those who have done B.Pharmacy so you should hire someone who has done B.Pharmacy.

No, you can not open a medical store as this permit is only given to those having B.Pharma or D.Pharma degree, even a person with MBBS or BDS degree can not open a medical store, he/she will need the help of a person having either of the above mentioned Pharma degree to open a medical store.
