No, the eligibility for M.tech. is M.Sc. or MCA, besides B.E./B.tech.

Hi,
I don't think you can pursue M.Tech. There are some MTEch courses like MTEch in environmental sciences that accept BSc students but they should have studied Maths/Physics in B.Sc.
