I have done B.Tech(CSE), and placed in Wipro. They have provided me a tech support job. I want to switch towards Banking. How to make a move

Academic Profile is 10 th class- 90.4, 12- 87.5, B.Tech- 82 percent. The problem is I dont want to work in support. If in IT, I want to work in Management feild , or else, in Banking.
