Hi Dwaraka, With your background, I would suggest Operations as that would add value to your experience and education. But, need not be a compulsion, as by end of the day, it's all about your passion that you want to work in near future. Choose wisely. All the best.

Generally engineers go for Operations as it requires technical knowlegde. But there is no hard and fast rule. You can choose any stream you like. Be it finance or HR.
