Generally engineers go for Operations as it requires technical knowlegde. But there is no hard and fast rule. You can choose any stream you like. Be it finance or HR. Its totally different from engineering, so it will be starting from stratch again. Choose a branch that you will be comfortable working with for the rest of your life. good luck
