I have done B.Tech in 7 years with 56% marks. Is it a right choice to pursue M.Tech from IIT/IISC?
I have scored 65% in 10th and 55% in 12th.

First of all, it does not matter how long you have taken to complete your B.Tech and IIT is a great choice if you pursue M.Tech from the same.

It should not matter how long you have taken to complete your B.Tech. Go for it. If you get in, you should definitely do it as it is a very good course to do from IISC or IIT.
