    Hello,If you want to pursue M.Sc in Biotechnology through IIT JAM Exam then, you must have Mathematics as an essential subject at 10+2 level. So, yes you can pursue.     Yes, you can join M.Sc once you have a good score in JAM. And you need to have mathematics in class 12 to appear in JAM EXAM.Best luck
