The specializations like, Telecom systems or IT management would be best suited for you.
There are various MBA/PGDM colleges that offer these specializations:
1) Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management (SITM).
2) Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management (BITM) – Pune.
3) MIT School of Telecom
