I have done B.Tech in CSE, what all options do I have to get into aerospace engineering, further landing in ISRO.

Contrary to popular belief, ISRO does require candidates from Computer Science background. ISRO has been recruiting engineers from CS background from quite some time. ISRO needs CS engineers for developing (and maintaining) newer software for simulations and other operations.
