I have done B.Tech in ECE and passed out in 2011. Am planning to do MBA in HR. Is that a fair idea?
I have a work experience of 18 months and currently unemployed but colleges in Dubai ask for 2yrs full work experience. I am confused now?

Yes you may surly pursue MBA in HR after B.Tech in ECE, the HR job involves:
- Structuring procedures for recruitment Training, placement.
- Promotions and movements within the industry.
- HR is also committed to employee services for matters concerning health, work related facilities, welfare

You can show your college project as intern, they may consider as your work exp.
You can Opt MBA HR or some other specialization like Telecom management, Systems, Project management etc, Quality control, IT, Etc.
