    Distance course in technical subject has been under restrains lately by AICTE. I suggest you go for full time campus study as aftermath is not too colourful compared to full time. Moreover distance courses as such in technical subjects already provide hinderence in study.

    Yes, you can choose any stream of your in M.tech as per your interest. And M.Tech in EE is quite tough but is having a good scope in the future.
