I have done B.Tech in electrical engineering (EE). Can I do MBA from Australian university? Will MBA be relevant to my previous study?
I have done B.Tech (2010-2014) with 67%. 7 backlogs in total (all cleared now).

Yes you can do to perfect in your relevant field because in plants like tata,jindal,nalco . etc require techno-commercial qualification.

Yes you can do . it is relevant if you want to make your carrier in particular stream
