I have done B.Tech in Electronics and wanted to persue Mtech but I am confused whether to go with VLSi or embedded. Which one is better job

VSLI is definitely an emerging field. M Tech VLSI will bring to you opportunities of working with biggies like Intel, IBM, Motorola, Siemens and the like. But for this to happen, you will have to make smart moves - go for the best colleges in this field like Veda IIT

Both have excellent opportunities , but look at your competency level if you comfortable in C , C++ , RTOS etc Go for embedded . If you are more Comfortable with Analog and Digital Electronics go for VLSI and of course look for a good Institute .
