I have done B.Tech in Electronics and wanted to persue Mtech but I am confused whether to go with VLSi or embedded. Which one is better job

But for this to happen, you will have to make smart moves - go for the best colleges in this field like Veda IIT

Both have excellent opportunities , but look at your competency level if you comfortable in C , C++ , RTOS etc Go for embedded . If you are more Comfortable with Analog and Digital Electronics go for VLSI and of course look for a good Institute .
