I have done B.Tech in my graduation and working as an HR from past 6 years. What is procedure to pursue Masters in MBA through distance?

    You need to give GATE exam and score high to get a seat for the post graduation ie M.Tech. As you are out of touch of routine engineering studies you might need to put in regular hours of studies for the exam. Alternatively I suggest you do MBA with specialization in HR through Part-time MBA course or through distance education.
