I have done BA in English & after that I did not do anything. I want to start my education again & build my career. Kindly advise.

You can study further by pursuing courses like MA, B.Ed, B.el.ed if you want to be in the teaching profession or PhD for higher position. You can also go for MBA. And if you do not wish to study further, try getting internships in the fields you're interested in or where your skill set aligns.
