I have done BA with 48% marks and belong to general category. Am I eligible to do MA in English?

I am working as a senior trainer in a company and I am a product and process trainer.

At LPU you need to have atleast 50 % to be eligible.

It has become very competitive to get admission for Master's degree. So, it is necessary to score good marks. You need t a minimum of 50% in UG to get admission in a good college.

It has become very competitive to get admission for Master's degree. So, it is necessary to score good marks. You have to wait for last cut off marks. Otherwise, you can try for distance course.
