Dear Deep, If you want to get into radio, then you can start with AIR, they give chance to the freshers with first 2 youth shows in the segment Yuvvani, later on try in other channels of AIR and fill forms for the audition when they are out. For private channels, visit their offices, search jobs to get in, and be prepare to have lot and lot of struggle. Good luck!

You may initially get into AIR, as they offer on air sessions to the freshers. Based on the same, you may a[pply in other radio stations.
