    No, in India you are not eligible for MS in Occupational Therapy (MOT). Although the Microbiology degree that you hold qualifies it as a Science degree, it does not act as a building block nor does it lay the relevant clinical skills as an occupational therapist that are the pre-requisite qualification before a Masters course in this same occupational therapeutic discipline.It is possible to graduate in sciences with some prerequisite courses and find a few foreigners universities accepting them, however, a BOT is required when studying in India.
