I have done BAF. How can I join CMA?

You don't need to do any extra procedures. Just sign up with a training institution and you should be good. You just need to be pursuing a graduation degree (or completed a graduation degree) to give the exams. For the license, you'll need 2 years of relevant work experience and a graduation degree.
