I have done BCA and GNIIT, and now I am having a 10 months experience in developing field too, what should I pursue next, MCA or MSc(CA)?

Both are good choices for your career. But among this if you choose MCA that will be added advantage over MSc(CA). MCA subjects covers vast & major IT subjects as compared to M.Sc(CA).
