I have done BCA and now I want to do LLM in law. Am I eligible for LLM course? What is the procedure to get admission for the same?

The candidate should have cleared LL.B./Five-Year Integrated LL.B./any other equivalent examination approved by UGC with minimum 55% marks for General/OBC/PWD categories and minimum 50% marks for SC/ST categories.
Aspirants appearing for qualifying examination (final year) may apply provisionally. S

UGC with minimum 55% marks for General/OBC/PWD categories and minimum 50% marks for SC/ST categories. Aspirants appearing for qualifying examination (final year) may apply provisionally. Some relaxations in marks or age somehow vary from university to university.

Hi Kundan,
You need to do LL.B. First because the Eligibility Criteria for LL. M. is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B. Subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by an interview. CLAT AILET ISAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally, universities offering LL. M. c

You can't pursue LLM directly. You have to pursue 3 year LLB, followed by that, you can pursue your post specialization in law.
