I have done BCA from SMU-DE. If i will do MCA also from SMU-DE is there any problem in geting a good job or problem in gating promotion??

I have done A+, NETwork + MCITP(certified),RHCE,CCNA exchange server, If i will do MCA from SMU-DE is there any problem regarding geting job or promotion ?
