I have done BCA from Sunrise University, can I do MS in Canada or Ireland or from any other country?

Yes, you can do MS from any country. Just keep in mind. You should have a great score in foreign entrance exam like ex (GRE) and should have good command in English because English matter and also, I would like to say lookout for scholarship it will help you a lot, and can free you from tuition's fee burden.
