I have done Bcom i am working in Healthcare bpo as a backoffice associate from 2 yrs. I would like to make my career strongly please advice. How will be my careen in healthcare and what are the options. Shall i switch my career in to some other field.

    Since you are a B.Com and have an experience of two years in a BPO, it is better to specialize in MANAGEMENT.
    If you can get study leave, go for a two-year full time MBA with Healthcare as special subject.Otherwise, you can opt for Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management from a recognized university.
