For boosting your career I would suggest that you take up some vocational course and gain expertise in the practical work related to it.

at this percentage it is difficult to get admission in regular MBA course , you can join distance MBA and get some work experience after that you do executive part time MBA

Please face the fact that no one year course can give boost to your career after a second division B.Com. Even you will not get admission in MBA as eligibility is minimum 50% marks in graduation. Therefore, if you are determined to have a jump in your career, first thing is to avoid any short cuts.
