I have done BCS in 2005, now i am working with BPO firm from last 4 years, i want to swith to software testing field, guide me.
How could i make it posible to switch to IT career in Testing Field.
weather by doing cource is it posible.

1) try to find out a vacancy in software testing.
2) brush up the software design, structure methodologies.
3) take as much knowledge of how testing is done and types of testing.
and then give the interview. i trust u will be selected.
or else u may join trainings provided by some private institut
