I have done BE and M. Tech and I have been working as a lecturer for 4 years now. Should I go for PhD or MBA from top Business schools?

You are technically sound, in that case both Ph.D and MBA have great career prospect, but you are working as a lecturer for 4 years, so in my optioning you should go for Ph.D.

Experience never go in vain, but you are out of the technical world and entered into management world. But one thing is sure, if you get admission in good institutes, you will definitely be placed in good companies and if you gain 5 years experience, then you are eligible for applying in executive M
