I have done BE cse(2013) I am not a good programmer what are the other career options in it industry an what is d criteria for d same .
I have an aggregate of 53% but I am good in communication and proactive in thinking .I have desire of working in an it industry so that my B.E degree doesn't go waste if I cannot make it to IT industry I can manage any industry.I have done all research I could but still my career has a road block .

Ok then you can go for networking domain like CCNA Certification, Cloud computing these two courses are very rich in today's era. And u have a BE degree so these courses will really help u. And another one advice for u r communication skill to improve u r communication skill don't attend any spoken

All the jobs in IT industry do not require programming skills. You have divisions like Marketing, Application Engineering and Quality Control in many industries.
