the you have to go for M tech for better job opportunity , you can go in both field teaching and MNCS engineering

Its better if you are opting for Software , with your Engineering you can opt for Courses Embedded System , JAVA Certifications or You can also opt for Networking route like CCNA , RHCE etc .
