I have done BE-electronics & Communication.Should I go 4 further Study in India or European contries or USA becose most of Tele-Communication equipment r designed from these countries??

I guess your question is the countries you list appear to be innovative and produce great products born out of research and development. The answer is yes, you should study abroad.
