I have done BE. I want to pursue PG from Canada. I had 48 backlogs (all cleared). Can I get the student visa?

Hi,
Yes you can pursue PG from Canada as your backlogs are cleared so there is no issue in getting a student visa and studying abroad.

With so many backlogs, you are not eligible to apply. Please check other countries like Poland, Portugal, etc.
