I have done BE in civil engineering from GTU with 7.35 CGPA and 20 backlogs. Can I get admission in Germany for Masters?

Hi Hire,
Without the backlogs, I would have still suggested you to apply but with so many backlogs and not a very competitive CGPA, I will rather say you apply someplace else. May be Australia or other European countries which are popular among students.
