Can I pursue Diploma in electrical engineering? If yes, in which year can I get admission?

Consider AMIE Sec.B, direct entry for engineering graduates. It takes a minimum of 2 years.

That's what I exactly told you. There are only 9 subjects in Sec. B of AMIE.
