You can give GATE or CAT exam and go for higher studies after that, you can apply for job.

Hii friend, well Bachelors degree in the field of textile engineering can be followed by a master degree. or else you can go for an MBA coarse which can definately upgrade your job position. or else doing your job you can prepare for civil services exams to get an engineering government post.
